Darryl McDaniels (DMC) Give a Special Delivery to Co-Op City

Darryl McDaniels Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darryl McDaniels, affectionately known as DMC of the Hip Hop group RUNDMC bought some magic to Bed-Stuy Fish Fry located in Co-Op City, the Bronx on Monday, December 15. 2025.  The humanitarian, philanthropist, advocate, rap icon and author is promoting is latest book titled: Darryl’s Christmas in Hollis and signed autographs and cookies for those who came out in the frigid cold to not only get a signed copy of his latest book and cookies but to meet and greet the hip hop royal. 

McDaniels is not only promoting his new book he spends most of the year touring with the rock band cover supergroup Royal Machines and often collaborates and performs with his son “Young DMC” McDaniels Jr. also known as Dson. While keeping busy, DMC has written 6 books.
